Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you are able to cancel your event for a full refund up until you are within one week (7-days) of your scheduled event. Once within a week there will be no refund issued for cancellation.

To start a cancellation or refund, you can contact us at admin@hybridcheer.com. If your cancellation warrants a refund, we’ll send you a confirmation, and will issue funds within 24 hours.

Exchanges
Once within a week of the date of your scheduled event, you may receive a refund if you replace your reserved date/time with another individual. Once we have coordinated with the individual and have them registered via our platform, we will issue the refund.

Refunds
If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
